I came in needing a new tire valve. I was greeted immediately and gor helped right away. Staff speaks English and Spanish and are very friendly. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Not only got a new valve for my flat tire, but got it installed as well all for $15.

I came here to get a coolant flush after speaking with the staff the day before. A lady told me to come back the next day, so I made time to return. However, when I arrived, she wasn't there, and another employee simply told me, "Sorry, we're busy." If you knew you would be too busy to do the work, you shouldn't have asked me to come back. I am an international student, and it takes time and effort for me to travel here. I only needed a simple coolant flush and a serpentine belt replacement. I was disappointed because my time was wasted due to poor communication. I hope the shop improves its scheduling and customer service so this doesn't happen to others.

Great customer service from start to finish. The team took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me multiple options that fit my budget and needs, and made sure I understood the differences before making a decision. I never felt pressured, and the whole experience was smooth and professional. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here for 15 years , I know the Owner and son Jesus . These are people that would give the shirt off their back to accommodate a stranger . One thing for sure is they operate a fair and honest business . I’ve had my oil changed here several times over the years and understand they have bulk oil like every other shop in DFW . They have shown me that the oil they carry is API licensed and carry Full synthetic with the Dexos certification . They even will show you the certification if you ask. I’m a detailed oriented person and know that what they put in my car as far as bulk oil is licensed and certified . I’ll always be a customer .

I had a great experience at this tire shop. The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary services. They got me in and out quickly, and the prices were fair compared to other places I checked. My car drives much smoother now, and I really appreciated the excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back for future tire and maintenance needs. Highly recommend!
